Order Processing

Shipping Timeframe

Orders will be shipped via ground post within 2-4 business days after processing. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight. We may offer flat-rate shipping for select products.

Shipping Restrictions

• Shipping is only available within Canada.

• Some remote locations may experience longer delivery times.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email if applicable. Some smaller items may be shipped via standard mail without tracking. If you do not receive a tracking number, your order has been sent via snail mail and will typically arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe.
